Who processes the data

RMACHADO, LDA uses the data to assess and follow up the quotation request. Contact: Show email.

When the request is saved

Completing or reviewing the form does not create a lead. When you click “Submit request”, the data is sent to the CRM database and an internal notification containing all the fields collected is prepared for the intermediary. The page displays the status of that notification. The data is collected for the steps you request before a possible contract is entered into.

The fields vary according to the insurance, type of entity and policy arrangement. No IBAN, documents or clinical information are requested at this stage. If another person is the regular driver, confirm that you may provide their details and make this information available to them.

Retrieving previous details

If you choose to retrieve details, the NIF and email address are used to locate a previous request. Policyholder details are displayed only after verification of a code sent to the email address already on record. The code expires after 10 minutes, can be used only once and has a limited number of attempts. The temporary technical verification record does not create a new lead. Retrieved details must be confirmed before submission. Notes, other drivers’ details and lists of insured persons are not retrieved.

For a Health insurance request, we collect the number of people and each person’s NIF and date of birth to prepare the requested assessment. Confirm that you may provide these details and make this information available to the people concerned; do not include clinical information.

Contact at the next renewal

The choice is optional, separate from the request and not preselected. If you authorise it, we store the date, channel, wording presented and time of authorisation. The reminder is internal: it enables the intermediary to contact you through the chosen channel and update the details before a new assessment. The authorisation relates to the next renewal specified, not indefinite contact.

You may withdraw authorisation or object to contact using the email address above. The current request can be handled even if you answer “No”.

Hosting and communications

The website and database use Sites infrastructure, including Cloudflare services. CRM access is restricted to the person responsible. Request details are encrypted in the database; names and contact details remain available for that person to search.

Email notifications use the company’s Microsoft 365 through its company connection. If you choose to open the summary in your email or WhatsApp, the data included in the message is transmitted to the selected service when you use that channel, under its respective terms. The form does not send requests directly to Sabseg or insurers.

Support, policies, claims and email

When you submit a support request, we create a ticket containing the details provided, status, deadline and history, together with an internal notification. Requests received through the professional email account may also be organised into tickets: we retain a summary needed for follow-up and a link to the original message. Assisted triage uses the connected email and ChatGPT services, with access restricted to the person responsible. Replies are prepared as drafts for review; this routine does not send them automatically.

Submitting a request to the intermediary does not confirm cover, notification to the insurer, an amendment or cancellation. The appropriate channel will be specified for identity checks or additional documents. Do not enter clinical details or identity documents in the public form.

Retention and rights

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the request and authorised follow-up, subject to applicable legal obligations. The CRM flags the need to review retention and allows records to be deleted. Withdrawal of authorisation prevents new reminders; it does not automatically delete the request history.

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing and request portability where applicable by contacting RMACHADO. You may lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.

Cookies and usage analysis

The website uses resources necessary for authentication, security and operation. We store your privacy choice in your browser for up to 180 days to respect your decision. We do not store quotation request fields there.

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you accept analytics. It measures pages visited and general events, such as opening or completing a request. We do not send names, contact details, NIFs, notes, request references or completed fields. The addresses sent do not include query parameters or fragments. Our non-personal campaign codes identify the network and publication. Once you accept analytics, that source is retained during the session, with a limit of 30 minutes of inactivity. If you submit a request, we store that source with the record and in the notification to the intermediary to assess content effectiveness. Without analytics authorisation, the request works and the source remains unattributed. Contact clicks do not mean a message was sent or a contract entered into. Advertising measurement and automatic collection of form interactions are disabled.

Analytics may use cookie identifiers (_ga), with a configured duration of up to 180 days. Event and user data retention in Analytics is configured for up to 14 months to compare seasonality, without resetting the period following new activity. The provider is Google; see its privacy policy. Using international providers may involve data transfers subject to the applicable mechanisms.

Help with entering an address

The postcode and locality lookup uses a local copy of public GeoNames data, obtained on 15 October 2026 under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. We adapted the data for postcode searches, without coordinates. We do not send your address to GeoNames. The dataset may contain omissions; a discrepancy is flagged for confirmation and neither certifies nor invalidates an address.

If you choose “Check this address on Google Maps”, the address entered is transmitted to Google for a search. This optional lookup is not automatic validation or confirmation of residence.

Social media links

The website displays icons linking to RMACHADO GROUP’s profiles on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and X. It does not embed videos or posts from those platforms. Opening a link takes you to the destination service, subject to its policies.

Viewing contact details

The email address and telephone number can be viewed using the contact buttons. They are displayed after a visitor action, with request limits to hinder simple automated collection. This measure does not guarantee that all bots will be prevented.

You may refuse optional resources or change your choice at any time under “Privacy preferences” in the footer. Refusal does not prevent a quotation request. Analytics is not installed in the CRM. Limited technical data is processed to prevent abuse of the form.
