Fictional example: Miguel finishes a trip without sufficient charge. The nearest charging point is in a different direction from home. Before assuming that recovery will take him to his preferred destination, he explains the location, vehicle condition and question to assistance. The story does not recommend driving with insufficient range or predict the authorised solution.
Prepare before needing the service
Keep the official assistance contact and check which location details should be supplied through the appropriate channel. Compare vehicle transport, charging and occupant transport separately.
