THE ESSENTIALS
Before you start
- Separate journey stages.
- Distinguish work, leisure and activities.
- Check dates and territory in the quotation.
Make one row for each stage
Record intended dates, countries of transit and stay, the purpose of each stage and planned activities. Separate confirmed bookings from possibilities. This makes the journey easier to explain; an itinerary is not evidence that insurance has been arranged.
Fictional example: Inês attends a meeting in Madrid and stays for two holiday days. Her initial enquiry only says “business trip”. When reviewing the itinerary, she adds the leisure nights and a sporting activity she has yet to decide on, so she can clarify whether the quotation addresses every stage.
Purpose belongs in the question
Fidelidade’s Travel page presents holiday, business, snow and Erasmus solutions. That is an example of product organisation, not confirmation that any combination of activities is included in one plan.
Explain the actual combination to the intermediary and ask which territory, duration, people and activities the quotation considers. Identify subsequent changes specifically. Extending an accommodation booking should not be assumed to extend the insurance.

Check the quotation against the itinerary
Place your itinerary beside the documented dates and scope. Flag stages you cannot identify and request an answer before relying on their inclusion. Retain the version explained and the assistance contact indicated for the contract.
To prepare a request on rmachado.group, select the relevant travel branch and describe your current plan through the indicated channel. Keep detailed future locations, travel documents and personal information out of public comments. The particular assessment depends on the applicable terms.
KEEP THESE QUESTIONS
Your checklist for the next conversation
- What are the outbound and return dates, including leisure days?
- Which transit and destination countries are on the itinerary?
- Which work or sporting activities need clarification?
- Do dates, people and territory match the quotation received?
- Which changes still need written clarification?
