THE ESSENTIALS
Before you start
- Keep the booking confirmation.
- Record failure or cancellation.
- Identify the type of charge.
The rule belongs to the booked service
Médis Saúde 360’s legal information sets specific terms for non-attendance or unsuitable conditions. This is a service example, not a rule for every remote appointment. Read the terms shown for the actual booking; another service from the same brand may apply different conditions.

Have the charge identified accurately
Fictional example: Rui cannot enter the platform and receives an invoice. He records the error and the time of his attempt. He asks whether the charge concerns treatment, cancellation or a technical failure. He does not describe a reservation as completed care. The answer should allow an inaccurate record to be corrected.
Resolve the uncertainty before claiming
First establish whether this is a final charge or only a card authorisation, and whether the provider offers a refund. Then ask the insurer how that specific expense is treated. Avoid submitting the same charge repeatedly. Read RMACHADO GROUP’s health guide to compare practical conditions for using digital services alongside other benefits.
KEEP THESE QUESTIONS
