THE ESSENTIALS
Before you start
- Identify the return journey.
- Describe condition and use.
- Separate extension and specific insurance.
Read the specific distinction
CE48 of that version excludes used goods and returns. Other contracts need their own review.

A fictional example
Fictional example: a retailer arranges collection of a machine returned by its purchaser. He records any use and the reason communicated without calling the product new simply because it will be resold. He asks about the return journey before it starts. The illustration confirms neither a defect, customer liability nor insurance for collection.
Prepare a clear review
Prepare origin, destination, condition, intended transport and the known reason for return. Distinguish an extension to business insurance from a specific cargo policy. Request an answer for the actual journey and keep its reference without assuming a new enquiry has retrospective effect. Where the cause or condition remains uncertain, preserve that uncertainty rather than choosing the description that seems easiest to insure. Keep the original and return journeys separately identifiable.
Discuss your insurance question
On rmachado.group select Transportes and explain this question for an insurance review. An enquiry does not confirm acceptance or cover; personal documents belong only in the indicated appropriate process.
KEEP THESE QUESTIONS
Your checklist for the next conversation
